What is AXA Plus?

Who qualifies to use AXA Plus?

AXA Plus is available to all AXA customers.

Can my family take advantage of the offers?

Yes, your immediate family do qualify to take advantage of the offers, providing you have given them your valid promotional code.

Is there a limit to the number of times that I can use the promotional code provided?

There is no limit to the number of times that you or your family can use the promotional code. But each promotional code will carry an expiry date.

What's on offer through AXA Plus?

At the moment you can book specially priced leisure breaks at a range of hotels throughout the UK and Ireland for a two night break (including breakfast).

Are there leisure break rates for people travelling alone?

The rates quoted are based on two persons sharing one hotel room. However, if you are travelling alone, once you have chosen a hotel and date for your leisure break, but before you book, you are welcome to call our booking line 0844 249 5501 and our booking agent will endeavour to secure a preferred rate for you where possible.

How much is the discount?

Leisure Breaks from AXA offer a fixed price throughout the year across a range of Hotels and locations. This price will always be cheaper than any other offers for the Hotel chosen on the date selected. The actual discount will vary depending on other offers that each hotel has in place on your selected dates at that time. However, we are confident that you will always be getting a great deal as an AXA Plus user.

How can I get a promotional code?

If you are an AXA customer and have misplaced your promotional code you can access the Leisure Breaks from AXA site for a limited period by entering Reward001.

Is there a membership card or number?

There is no membership card or number. As a valued AXA customer, you and your family qualify for the offers. These can be accessed online through the website or by calling 0844 249 5501 during the opening hours below.

Do I have to book through the website?

You can also book by phoning 0844 249 5501. Calls to 0844 numbers are charged at 5p per minute for BT customers. Call charges from other providers may vary and calls from mobiles will be significantly more. You may want to check this before you call.The contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm, Saturday from 8am to 70, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 9am to 7pm.
